Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Plant and Transport Manager to lead batching plant operations and fleet management for its ready mix concrete projects in Dubai. The role is suited to professionals with a strong background in plant operations, logistics, and equipment maintenance who can ensure efficiency, safety, and timely delivery across large-scale construction projects.

Job Details

• Oversee day-to-day operations of batching plants, vehicle fleet, and related equipment
• Ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Manage fleet scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance to optimize logistics
• Implement preventive maintenance, cost control, and safety procedures across all facilities
• Lead, train, and motivate plant and transport teams to achieve peak performance
• Coordinate closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Plant and Transport Management within the ready mix concrete industry
• Strong technical knowledge of batching plant operations, fleet logistics, and heavy equipment maintenance
• Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the UAE or wider GCC highly preferred
• Valid driving license is an advantage
