Job Description
- Job Purpose:
Develop and coordinate the implementation of the local HR policies and people management programs within the region, in order to ensure that business goals are achieved and the right talent is available in the right positions at the right time. The role provides expert professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management within the relevant Middle East North Africa (MENA) countries, including but not limited to Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with the MENA council leaders to ensure all HR aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely manner; act as the HR business partner for senior managers in the relevant countries;
- Develop and coordinate implementation and management of local HR policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate HR policies;
- Negotiate and consult with relevant employee representatives, including trade unions on relevant terms and conditions. Manage employee relations topics, including management of employee grievances and disciplinary cases;
- Manage the full people life-cycle at the location, including recruitment, college relations, trainees, promotions, relocations and terminations;
- Participate in regional HR projects as requested;
- Ensure the right staffing procedures and hiring of talent is in place;
- Supervise the organization of talent talks and learning & development for colleagues at the relevant locations. Ensure goal & development plans are in place for professional colleagues;
- Responsible for managing all HR administration and payroll as required;
- Ensuring accurate HR and payroll data is maintained in the relevant HR systems, so accurate people metrics will be maintained.
