Job Description

The Regional HR Manager will manage policies, programs, initiatives and activities of the group's different companies in the ME & Gulf Region.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Group HR Director
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR business partner to the top management.
  • Oversee the Human Resources functions throughout the region (different countries).
  • Identify the manpower requirements and prepare the annual manpower planning and budget based on the Group's needs.
  • Support the countries' HR Managers in recruitment activities and attend interviews with the concerned Directors.
  • Revise and approve manpower requisitions coming from different countries in coordination with the concerned persons.
  • Work closely with the leaders in respective countries on setting and achieving recruiting and retention KPIs in alignment with preset HR strategies.
  • Benchmark HR policies against market practices and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Conduct HR Audits as per company standards.
  • Ensure a coherent Succession Planning for all key positions in the Region.
  • Design, develop and implement special regional HR projects in close collaboration with the global HR Community of the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on general regional HR activities.
  • Promote the company culture in the region.
  • Prepare regular reports related to payroll, headcount and manhours.
  • Consult and communicate with Developers concerning the HRIS needs.
  • Analyze the HRIS performance and check for enhancement.
  • Write Scope documents and convey the needs to the Developers.
  • Test the new features, request adjustments and implement new applications to the HRIS.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/HR/Psychology/Law.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or other related certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in a Multinational Company.
  • Thorough experience in multi HR functions, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, L&D, etc.
  • GCC and international work experience is essential an advantage
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge in different Labor Laws in the MENA countries.

  • Comfortable with managing employees remotely.
  • Hands-on approach, operational person who is ready to lead a team and be a reliable backup for it and contribute to the team's work.
Computer Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proficient in HRM software.
Languages:
  • Perfect English is a must; Arabic is a plus
