Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of:
UAE Labour Law, MOHAP/SHCC HR compliance, visa & licensing procedures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee
end-to-end HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with healthcare and wellness regulations.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and support the
Employee Happiness Department
initiatives.
Handle staff training, development, and career progression plans.
Ensure compliance with
Sharjah Healthcare City & MOHAP
HR requirements.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Drive
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
