Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees Oversee and optimize HR processes and policies Develop and implement training and development programs Collaborate closely with department heads to support business needs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Fluency in Russian (required)
