Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking HR Manager for our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel's HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals
  • Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
Benefits:
The Salary is AED 12,000 - 15,000++
