The client is a private equity business based in the heart of Dubai, the role will work closely with two HR team members and report directly to the HRD.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Human Capital Strategy for Corporate workforce: Maximise productivity, engagement and job satisfaction; enhance work culture to improve collaboration, accountability, and agility. Human Capital Strategy for workforce: Maximising productivity and engagement, and minimise absenteeism. Talent Planning & Acquisition: focusing on improving recruitment systems, talent management and succession planning. Performance Management: Enhance motivation and growth of all staff through collaborative goal-setting in line with company strategy, individual performance plans consistent with goals, semi-annual evaluation process that is collaborative and with high engagement, and a bonus plan which motivates employees and vests them in our future. Employee Engagement: Develop an engagement program to enhance culture of organisation focusing on team-work, togetherness, quality, efficiency and personal accountability Learning & Development: Develop a growth strategy for our staff in line with performance management outcomes. Conduct training needs analysis across various roles, and focus on developing hard and soft skills in a prioritised basis.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will have/be:5-7 years HR Manager experience
Experience in full-cycle HR, a self starter who has a track record of strong succession planning.
Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field from a top university.
HR Certification, CIPD is desirable.
Experience implementing systems internally
