Job Requirements

Must be UK or USA Nationality
Minimum 10 years? proven work experience as an HR Manager in Oil & Gas industry.
Master?s or bachelor?s degree in HR, Business Management specializing in Human resources or related field is required
Experience in using HR systems (examples are Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc)
Have a proficient and professional image and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
Uses sound judgment and problem resolution skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
HR Certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
