The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Operations team. This is a hands-on, remote internship designed for individuals pursuing a career specifically in Human Resources. You will gain practical experience across key HR functions, contributing to real projects that impact our employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people processes, eager to learn, and looking to build a strong foundation for their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Onboarding Coordination: Help facilitate the seamless onboarding of new hires, preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a great first-day experience.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and databases (e.g., in HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of virtual employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events.
  • Policy & Process Documentation: Assist in creating, editing, and organizing HR documents, process manuals, and internal communications.
  • Compliance & Projects: Participate in research projects, assist with basic compliance tracking, and contribute to various strategic HR initiatives.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
  • Mandatory: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Interest: A genuine, demonstrated interest in building a career exclusively in the HR domain.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office. Familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: As a remote role, you must be proactive, able to manage your time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
