Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team, supporting our Human Resources department with data analytics, report building, and the development of applications using Microsoft PowerApps suite products. As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to the enhancement of HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics: * Analyse HR data to derive meaningful insights and trends.

• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
• Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis.

PowerApps Development: * Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements.

• Design and develop applications using Microsoft PowerApps suite products.
• Ensure the seamless integration of PowerApps solutions into HR workflows.

General HR Support: * Assist in various HR functions as needed, gaining a holistic understanding of HR operations.

• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
• Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

PowerApps Development:

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic programming skills (PowerApps formula language, JavaScript, or similar).
• Understanding of app development principles.

General Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability by taking ownership of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Education:

• Currently studying in IT, Data analytics, Software Development

Duration of Internship: 6 months
