Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the hospitality or real estate industries.
In-depth knowledge of KSA and UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
