Job Description

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of an organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in HR operations.
Responsibilities: * Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Manager Employee Accommodation, transportation, Insurance.
  • Handle blue color and white color employees
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues promptly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Support the organization in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Preferred Candidate: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
