Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, HR letters (NOC, salary certificates, warnings, memos, etc.).
Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and HRMS with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee onboarding & offboarding procedures, including orientation, documentation, asset handover, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, Emirates ID, and MOHRE-related tasks.
Compile and verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions for monthly payroll.
Handle employee relations, address HR concerns, and provide guidance as per company policy.
Participate in policy development and ensure implementation of HR processes and compliance.
Process insurance applications, additions, deletions, and manage claims.
Prepare HR reports for management, including manpower reports, leave balances, and recruitment updates.
Support performance appraisal activities and training coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Language: Hindi, English is mandatory.
Candidates on spouse visa will be preferred.
