to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. This position is open to
freshers
as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with accounts
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support HR team in organizing training, events, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers are welcome; prior HR/admin experience is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with UAE labor law is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
