3-4 years of experience in Human Resources (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ability to handle documentation and HR coordination efficiently
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate payroll, leave, and attendance activities
Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries and assist with performance management activities
