We are expanding rapidly and seeking a

dynamic, organized, and professional HR Executive

to join our growing team and support the company's vision of excellence, discipline, and quality.

Position Overview



The

HR Executive

will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, supporting recruitment, attendance management, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment across all branches.

Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end

recruitment and onboarding

processes (job postings, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities). Maintain

employee records, attendance, leave management

, and personal files. Support branch managers and department heads in

attendance and punctuality monitoring

. Prepare and update

HR reports

, including manpower summaries, probation tracking, and performance reviews. Manage

employee relations

, handle grievances confidentially, and promote team harmony. Coordinate with

Accounts Department

for payroll and leave salary inputs. Ensure all HR practices comply with

UAE Labour Law

and company policy. Support

training, development, and performance improvement

initiatives. Maintain HR documentation in line with

ISO 9001:2015 QMS

standards (where applicable). Assist management in implementing

disciplinary procedures

, warnings, or investigations when required. Organize

employee welfare and engagement activities

to maintain morale and productivity.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum

2-4 years of HR experience

in the UAE (preferably in trading, retail, or automotive sectors). Strong knowledge of

UAE Labour Law and visa formalities

. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and HR software (Zoho / Odoo / ERP systems preferred)

. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy under pressure. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
