. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee files and HR records
Track attendance, manage leave records, and prepare payroll inputs
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
in the UAE (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam
(mandatory)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
UAE Driving License is a plus
