Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and selection processes (posting job ads, screening, interviews).
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Coordinate training sessions and performance management processes.
Support compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role in the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
