. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining all core HR operational activities including payroll, leave management, employee benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
Oversee and maintain
leave records
(annual, sick, emergency, etc.) and ensure they are in accordance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Administer
end-of-service benefits
, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
Support and guide the HR team in day-to-day employee operations.
Collaborate with Finance and PRO departments for efficient execution of HR processes.
Implement HR operational systems, reporting tools, and improve existing workflows.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Provide data and reports to management on key HR metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in HR operations (preferably within the UAE).
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law
, payroll systems, and HR compliance standards.
Proficient in HRMS software and Excel-based reporting.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in processing employee data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
