HR Executive
with a solid background in theUAE real estate industry

Lead recruitment and onboarding specifically for real estate roles Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking staff and candidates Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and RERA-related HR practices Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and HR policy implementation Assist in employee evaluations and training programs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a UAE-based real estate company
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and real estate HR protocols Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Currently residing in DubaiWhy Join Us?
