Looking for Well experienced/strong Admin executive with 3-5 years in Dubai Real Estate industry with HOLIDAY HOME experienced must.

The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately or with short notice

Job Responsibilities:

Positive attitude and delivers consistently 100% work

Responsible in Monitoring all bookings, arranging cleaning, ensuring inventory, guest inquiry to all travel portals. Coordinating guest check-in and check-out with the liaison officer. Coordinating with liaison officer & landlord all maintenance (if any), Cleaning & Laundry services, all kinds of guest requests pertaining to their stay, sanitization, health, and safety measures, making sure all units are in good and tidy condition.

Ensuring paymen of utilites on time, managing multiple company payments as rquired, managing petty cash, managing all other offic tasks.

Prepairing long term contracts for real estate, making ejari, issuing NOC from the developers for property sales, cordinating with different utility providers (like dewa, chiller, gas and other providers) to resolve all issues time to time.

Prepairing payments for office, utilites, and all other as required and must have sound knowledge for fiance tasks also.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: The candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field. Real Estate Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate and holiday homes industry, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology, processes, and regulations. CRM Systems: The candidate should have knowledge and experience in using CRM systems to manage client information, track leads, and assist with client communication. Language Skills: The candidate should be fluent in English, with excellent speaking and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. Organization Skills: The candidate should have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to manage time effectively. Technical Skills: The candidate should be proficient in using online property portals, such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, and have experience in preparing property listings, verifications, and permits. Documentation Skills: The candidate should be proficient in preparing and managing real estate documentation, including MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, F & U. Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong follow-up and lead management skills, with the ability to compose and prepare business letters and handle customer service calls and client inquiries. Account Management Skills: The candidate should have the ability to support accounts in transaction closing, manage day-to-day needs such as office supplies, petty cash, and inventory, and maintain paper and digital filing. Renewals and Materials Gathering: The candidate should have experience in developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials. Landlord Calls: The candidate should be comfortable calling landlords for their property availability. Analytical and Presentational Skills: The candidate should have good analytical skills and be able to draft business letters and presentations. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
