Job Description

1. Coordinate and execute all activities and tasks related to the Marketing and Branding of the company.

2. Lead Generation from various platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, social media, etc., and organic lead generation.

3. Content creation, posting and managing all social media channels of the company

4. Optimizing and in charge of redesigning the website for optimum results and organic search growth

5. Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience focusing on lead generation.

6. Plan and execute all forms of marketing including performance marketing and social media marketing.

7. Maintaining the website, social media, blog, lead-generating platforms and database systems.

8. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

9. Assist in distributing content that educates and attracts our audience and supports marketing goals.

10. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of marketing standards and processes.

11. Ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.

12. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and implement the changes in all marketing, branding, and PR initiatives.

Requirements:



Previous working experience in

Marketing in UAE Real Estate industry for minimum 1 year.

Strong skills in Lead generation for Dubai real estate - must required Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English language. Savvy with all digital/social platforms Experience and skills with marketing tools & software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Video shooting, Video editing skills) and other tools to help with marketing and branding. Hands-on experience with social media applications like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization. Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks. Have a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities. Effective team player.

Office located in Jumeirah Lakes Tower, Dubai Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
