Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete
UAE bike license process
: file opening, theory and road test scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
Coordinate with driving institutes and relevant authorities to track each rider's progress
Communicate with candidates on a
daily basis
to provide guidance and updates regarding their licensing status
Maintain a detailed tracker of all applicants and their current status in the license process
Ensure all documents are submitted on time
Identify and resolve any delays or issues in the process efficiently
Continuously work to
streamline and improve the license process
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in a similar role
Strong understanding of the
UAE bike (motorcycle) license procedure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must be confident in dealing with riders and third-party institutions
Organized and efficient in managing multiple candidate cases simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
Ability to speak Urdu/Hindi and basic English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
