We are hiring a dedicated HR Executive to support our
civil contracting company
. The role involves
recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar staff
, coordination with the PRO for visa processing and renewals, managing attendance and overtime (OT) records, and handling license renewals and vehicle insurance. The right candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labour law and proven HR experience within the UAE contracting/construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar (site workforce) and white-collar (engineers, supervisors, admin staff, etc.) roles.
Coordinate with the PRO for visas, renewals, cancellations, labour cards, and other immigration requirements.
Maintain accurate attendance and overtime (OT) records across all sites.
Provide payroll input based on attendance and OT.
Handle trade license renewals, vehicle registrations, and insurance processes.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and official documentation.
Draft and issue HR correspondence (offer letters, memos, warnings, contracts).
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Support management with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years' HR experience in the UAE contracting/construction sector.
Strong experience in recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar).
Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, visa/immigration procedures, license renewals, and vehicle insurance processes.
Strong coordination skills with PROs and government authorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
