Marketing & HR Executive

to lead both digital presence and people management.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Digital Presence

Manage and grow the clinic's presence across

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn

, and the

clinic website

. Develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and promotions to boost visibility and engagement. Coordinate regular content creation including posts, reels, graphics, and videos in collaboration with the medical team. Monitor analytics, engagement, and trends to optimize performance across all platforms. Oversee

SEO

strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in search engines. Implement paid advertising campaigns and boosting strategies for social platforms to attract new patients. Work with designers, photographers, or agencies when required to maintain a high standard of branding.

Human Resources

Handle end-to-end

recruitment

including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain accurate

payroll records

and coordinate with the accounts team for timely salary disbursements. Foster a positive

employee relationship

environment through regular communication and support. Manage staff

complaints, grievances

, and conflict resolution in coordination with senior management. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave balances, and related documentation. Support staff engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing

,

Human Resources

,

Business Administration

, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and/or HR roles, preferably in the

healthcare

or service industry. Strong understanding of

social media marketing

, content creation, and performance analytics. Familiarity with

SEO

, paid ads, and online campaign management tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality. Proficiency in

English

; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
