Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour law requirements.
Administration:
Oversee office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Coordinate with government departments for visa, license renewals, and other PRO-related tasks.
Handle daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in Admin/HR roles in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
