Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive / HR Officer
to manage HR operations, employee relations, and support the recruitment and compliance needs of our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
Liaise with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG, retail, or trading industry).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/ERP experience is a plus.
