- Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of UAE experience in an HR and Administration role.
- with at least minimum 2 years experience in the same field

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee all aspects of managing relationships with new and existing clients and prospects;
Establish strong business and personal relationships with client accounts and prospects;
Well aware of UAE labor laws / regulations and HR policies and procedures.
Attend telephone calls of Customers
Make calls for Appointment and ensure inflow of customers as per set target
Make Service Reminder calls and ensure inflow of customers as per set target
Record customer complaints from various sources and coordinate to resolve them
Act as a single point of contact to resolve customer grievances and other customer issues
Make a report of customer grievances, complaints and recommendations and report the same to the supervising manage
Independently engage with customers to collect feedback and improve CS
Conduct surveys and collect feedback through various forms to gauge CS
Analyse the various feedback received and prepare action plan to reduce the same
Analyse the reasons for Complaints with Action plan and discuss with the Management
Prepare & coordinate with vendors on Marketing materials like brochures, stationary etc
Effectively coordinate work processes with other internal departments of the organization
Support the Finance section and Admin section as & when required
Complete all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training processes of new employees
Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
Educate employees on company policies
Initiative taking and coordinating for Employee Engagement activities
Coordinating and following up with PRO for visa formalities and providing required documentation for processing
Coordinate performance appraisal
Maintaining record of the company's employees
