Our client in Karachi (Shahra-e-Faisal) is searching for an enthusiastic full-time HR Executive / Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Handling employee relations matters, including, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Implementing performance management systems and processes.
• Collaborating with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Managing the compensation and benefits programs including payroll management.
• Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensuring policies follow applicable laws and regulations and promoting a culture of fairness, equity, and inclusivity.
• Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and organizational culture.
• Promoting employee recognition programs, organizing social events, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Tracking and auditing employee time and attendance.
• Generating HR reports and analyzing data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualification

A bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field

Experience

At least 4 years of relevant experience, Tech recruitment experience preferably.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
