Track authorization of Vacancies (Vacancy Details Form)
Identify Sourcing plan for both internal and external applicants
Conduct actual end-to-end recruitment processes
Monitor and analyze talent acquisition and submits reports in weekly/ monthly basis
Work closely with the recruitment agencies in sourcing candidates for the open positions within Turn Around Time
Maintain contract & legal documents related to manpower agencies
Endorse selected candidates for on-boarding, induction, air-ticketing, and other legitimacies on hiring process
Receives the HOD approved leave application from the employees
Verify the Eligibility of leave and submit it to HRM and Management approval
In Emergency Leave, ensure all the essential documents & policy compliance is in place & process it for the approval
Once the leave is approved, coordinate with Front Office Assistant for book & issuance of the tickets
Maintain the tracker for the Issued Tickets & ensure employees transit are under ease & safe
Educational Qualification
Educational Attainment Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR & Admin in FMCG/Manufacturing Industry, preferably with MNCs
