Job Requirements-
• Recruitment Agency experience in UAE is essential.
• Develop the recruitment business by acquiring new clients for the company.
• Acquire new recruitment mandates from new and existing corporate clients.
• Client Management and Client Acquisition.
• Close new business deals by coordinating recruitment requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Work on achieving a monthly target of recruitment fees for the business based on a sales and business development strategy in coordination with senior management
