Job Summary



We are looking for a highly capable

HR Officer

with strong experience in developing HR strategies, creating job descriptions, managing salary structures, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of UAE labour laws, recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR documentation. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and confident in building HR systems that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Improve HR processes, workflows, performance systems, and internal policies. Identify HR problems and recommend practical solutions. Prepare annual manpower plans and staffing forecasts.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Create detailed job descriptions for all positions. Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring processes. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training plans. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for all departments.

3. Salary Structure & Payroll Support



Prepare salary structures and compensation plans. Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlements. Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance when needed. Ensure compliance with UAE WPS requirements.

4. HR Administration



Draft HR letters (warnings, memos, salary certificates, contracts). Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave balances. Update employee handbooks, HR forms, and policy documents. Ensure company policies comply with UAE labour laws.

5. Employee Relations & Performance Management



Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Implement performance evaluation systems and KPIs. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

3 years HR experience in the UAE

. Strong knowledge of

UAE Labour Law

. Experience creating

job descriptions, salary structures, and HR strategies

. Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Forms). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills



Experience in drafting policies and SOPs. Strong recruitment and interviewing skills. Ability to calculate salaries, overtime, and benefits accurately. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
