Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for sales and administrative roles; conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes.
Employee Records & HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and local employment laws.
Reporting:
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Training & Development:
Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and skill development sessions for staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
2-5 years of experience in
HR roles
, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws and HR best practices
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRIS systems
