Innoventures Education are looking for an experienced English-speaking in-house Recruiter and HR Executive for a group of international schools.



You will be responsible for all process of recruitment up to on-boarding and relevant reporting of recruitment status, people management and general HR management. Monthly recruitment metrics. Excellent English as well as outstanding technical and excel skills, are highly desirable. Knowledge of the education regulatory authorities would be beneficial. Be able to work under pressure Be a team player as well as being able to work independently
Requirements


Degree in Human Resources qualifications and or CIPD Minimum 2 years UAE experience Proficient in English Hold a family-sponsored residency visa Positive attitude
