Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support management in developing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with payroll coordination and compliance with UAE labor law.
Collaborate with management to build and grow the HR department.
