Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
for factory employees
Process
UAE payroll
, attendance, overtime, and leave management
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
Coordinate
visa processing, renewals, medicals, and labor documentation
Ensure compliance with
UAE Labour Law and company policies
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of factory staff
Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and documentation
Coordinate with PRO and finance teams on HR matters
Maintain discipline, attendance tracking, and workforce records
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage employee data and records efficiently
Proficiency in
MS Excel and basic HR reporting
