Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain recruitment and joining records
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, exit)
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
Address employee queries and grievances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
