HR Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience within the
UAE real estate sector
and strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
in the
UAE real estate industry
Strong working knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
Familiarity with
real estate operations and regulatory environment
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
Ability to handle visa processing, contracts, renewals, and employee records
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
Support management in HR planning and employee performance matters
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
