The HR Executive will support and manage core human resources functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. The role involves handling employee relations, HR operations, recruitment support, and administrative HR tasks while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit formalities.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
Support payroll coordination by providing accurate HR data.
Recruitment & Talent Support
Assist in recruitment activities, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Support Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE regulations.
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
Support performance review processes and related documentation.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
Assist with visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
Support HR audits and inspections.
General HR Support
Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
Assist in HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) - Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred).
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
