Key Responsibilities
HR Operations, Compliance & PRO Coordination
Ensure compliance with
UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, Free Zone DDA regulations
Maintain strong
PRO relations
and coordinate visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other government processes
Manage
trade license renewal
and statutory documentation
Handle
medical insurance
enrollment, renewals, and employee queries
Recruitment & Manpower Management
End-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar and white-collar manpower
Workforce planning and mobilization for project requirements
Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
Attendance, Payroll & Compensation
Manage
attendance systems
, shift schedules, and leave records
Calculate
overtime (OT)
for site and office staff as per UAE labor law
Handle
payroll processing
, WPS coordination, and salary disbursement
Manage
petty cash handling
and expense tracking
Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Execute employee
onboarding, induction, and documentation
Handle
offboarding and exit formalities
, including final settlements and clearances
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
Performance, Training & Development
Support
KPI setting, tracking, and performance reviews
Coordinate
employee training and development programs
Assist management with HR reporting and workforce optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of HR experience
, preferably in
interior fit-out / construction / contracting companies
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, Free Zone DDA
Proven experience managing
both blue-collar and white-collar manpower
Strong PRO coordination skills and government liaison experience
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
