This role requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working across
office, camp, and site environments
and supporting day-to-day operational requirements.
Key Requirements
Minimum
4 years of UAE HR experience
Strong experience in
end-to-end HR activities
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Good working knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
Willingness and ability to
visit labour camps, sites, and operational locations
regularly
Ability to handle HR matters involving
workforce coordination, attendance, discipline, and compliance
Experience in construction / fit-out / industrial environments is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and documentation
Coordinate
camp-related HR matters
, workforce attendance, and employee movements
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR compliance
Support visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, and coordination with PRO
Prepare payroll inputs, overtime details, and final settlements
Conduct regular
camp visits
to address employee issues and ensure compliance
Support recruitment coordination and operational HR requirements
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
