HR Executive
to join our team in
Dubai
. This role plays a key part in managing human resource functions, supporting employee relations, and ensuring effective HR practices that align with the company's operational and growth objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately.
Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
