PFC Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Executive
to manage site-level HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR activities within the construction industry and be comfortable working at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle site-level recruitment and onboarding of manpower
Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs and labor compliance
Manage employee relations and resolve site-level HR issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate with HO HR team for reporting and audits
Support site management in HR and administrative matters
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
as an HR Executive
Construction field experience preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws and site HR practices
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work at construction sites
Qualification:
Graduate or MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years (Construction industry preferred)
