The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
Prepare joining formalities, contracts, and onboarding documents
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts
Maintain employee files (physical & digital)
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Coordinate visa processing, renewal, cancellation, and medicals
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
