About the Role
Contribute to identifying HR priorities and recommend best practices for constant recruitment at both a strategic and operational level. Provide advice, strategies, and expertise for successful people management. Support the managers and all the team members and facilitate achieving business aims with a focused HR service. Build long-term relationships with new and existing team members.
What You'll Do:
Develop an HR strategy focused on both successful recruitment and team members' satisfaction
Recruit actively new team members as required by the department manager
Keep an active pipeline of candidates Cvs for the most crucial job position which will drive the growth of the company
Provide guidance to support all staff on the HR activities including policies, vacation management, internal communications, retention, learning/development, and terms and conditions of employment
Manage the onboarding and orientation process
Create and manage a performance management system (competencies, KPIs, assessment tools, reward and performance appraisal system)
Set rules and create policies to organize the team members' work
Create and implement weekly and monthly HR activity reports
Formulate plans to achieve all the HR objectives
Oversee strategy, creative direction, timing, and execution of recruitment activities
Identify market trends in HR Management
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferably in any related field
5 years of experience
Knowledge of HR software and resources
Excellent knowledge of the HR concepts and strategies
