Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years in HR & Recruitment

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a

highly competent and proactive HR Executive

to join our team and oversee core human resource functions, including

recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labour laws.

The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring a

positive work environment, strong employee engagement, and effective HR operations.



Key Responsibilities:



Maintain a

direct connection with employees

to foster a

healthy, positive, and constructive work environment.

Address grievances, conduct employee engagement programs, and enhance workplace morale. Oversee the

entire hiring process

, including

screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training

of new employees. Ensure an

efficient offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure

alignment with labor laws and company objectives.

Maintain thorough

knowledge of labor regulations

and ensure company-wide adherence. Administer and monitor

employee benefits programs, including health insurance and salary structures.

Ensure

timely updates

to benefits and compensation policies. Conduct

regular assessments, performance appraisals, and training sessions

to ensure employee growth. Collaborate with department heads to implement

effective learning and development programs.

Maintain

accurate employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documentation.

Work closely with the

CEO and management

to develop and implement

HR strategies that align with business goals.

Stay

informed about company culture and employee sentiment

to ensure a positive and motivating work environment.

Propose and implement workplace improvements

that contribute to a strong company culture. Conduct

frequent employee meetings

to execute assessments and address potential concerns. Be

vigilant about employee grievances and workplace challenges

and resolve them effectively.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience:

[ 2+ years of HR experience preferred]

Skills:



Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
