The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day HR operations
and ensuring all HR and administrative tasks are completed
accurately, on time, and in compliance with UAE Labour Law
. This role acts as the HR Manager's right hand, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and supervising the HR & Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Labour Law
, company policies, and internal procedures
Monitor probation, contract renewals, visa expiry dates, and employee documentation
Ensure timely implementation of HR policies and management instructions
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate onboarding processes (offer letters, contracts, medical, visa, orientation)
Manage offboarding processes including resignations, terminations, exit clearances, and final settlements
Support disciplinary processes, warnings, investigations, and documentation
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
3. Visa, Labour & Government Processes
Oversee visa, labour card, Emirates ID, and medical processes
Liaise with PROs, government portals, and external agencies when needed
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents and renewals
4. Payroll & Attendance Support
Review attendance, leave balances, overtime, and payroll inputs before submission
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accuracy
Ensure WPS-related data and employee records are updated correctly
5. Leave & Timekeeping Management
Monitor annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, and unpaid leave
Ensure leave policies are applied fairly and consistently
Support departments in proper scheduling and leave planning
6. Supervision & Team Coordination
Supervise and guide the
HR & Admin Assistant
Delegate tasks clearly and follow up on completion
Ensure administrative tasks (filing, data entry, tracking) are done accurately
7. HR Reporting & Documentation
Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files (digital and physical)
Prepare HR reports related to manpower, leave, attendance, and contracts
Flag potential risks, delays, or compliance issues to the HR Manager
8. Support to HR Manager
Act as the HR Manager's representative when required
Assist in policy implementation, audits, and HR improvements
Proactively suggest process improvements for efficiency and compliance
Required Knowledge & Experience
Strong working knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
Experience handling HR operations in the UAE (preferably hospitality or multi-branch environment)
Familiarity with visas, WPS, MOHRE systems, and payroll coordination
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
in the UAE
