Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a dedicated and proactive
HR Executive
to join our team in
Dubai
. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, enjoys working with people, and is committed to supporting HR operations to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
