HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills. Assist in performance management processes and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
