We are a premier lifestyle management company based in Dubai, specializing in luxury services across travel, private aviation, concierge, real estate, and yacht charters. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic

HR Executive

who can take ownership of recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on sourcing top talent for luxury travel, lifestyle, and related sectors. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates. Manage relationships with recruitment consultancies and industry networks. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and handle employee documentation, contracts, and records. Support HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Contribute to building a strong employer brand within the luxury services industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within

luxury travel, lifestyle management, or recruitment consultancy

. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws

and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage HR operations with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
